What it´s all about
Salary and benefits are important workplace motivators for many. But in fact for a great many more, other values are of even greater importance. Meaningfulness and commitment in the workplace emerge from factors like trust, self-leadership, good relationships and common responsibilities. We call that an authentic workplace. And creating them is what Authentic Workshop is all about.
In our programs we are working with the awareness of these things in order to increase the necessary self leadership in every individual. As we have seen a lot of times, this is a clean win-win for both the individual and the organization. The leader and employee develop on a personal stage and in the meantime, they will understand more about their professional role and purpose which is extremely good news for everybody involved.
