“Overwhelming and a fantastic eye openeer”
People in almost every workplace talk about building the team, working as a team, and performing like a team. Although this sounds easy in principle, but inspiring individuals to work collaboratively can be quite a challenge. In fact, it takes a couple of key authentic tools to understand how to create and develop an effective team where everybody works toward a common goal. Belonging to a team, in the broadest sense, is a result of feeling part of something larger than ourselves. It has a lot to do with our understanding of ourself, our purpose and our coherence with the organization and its core values.
In a team-oriented environment, everybody contributes to the overall success of the organization. In Authentic Teamwork, we work basically with the understanding of other member’s behavioral style based on the fact that we have different purposes and values when it comes to inner personal motivations and our existence at the workplace.
